Check Out the Best Credit Cards in the U.S.
by Brian Jones

In choosing the best credit card, the most important thing is to gather as much information as we can about the credit card company and the features of its credit cards. Of course, it may seem to us that credit cards have similar features. They may have some differences but these are only minimal and the rest of their features are already common. This may be true but there are times when those minimal features that make them distinct from the others are beneficial to us. That’s why it is best to know even those small features and learn to take advantage of them. Let’s take a look at some of the best credit cards being offered in the United States.

Citi® Platinum Select® MasterCard® is one of the best credit cards being offered by Citibank. Its features include 0% Annual Percentage Rate on purchases and balance transfers for a maximum of six months. Discounts on merchandise, travel, and gift cards are also offered. No annual fee is charged to the cardholder and it also offers Citi® Identity Theft Solutions.

Capital One also offers one of the best credit cards in the United States. This is called the Capital One® No Hassle Milesâ,, Rewards with such features as 0% Annual Percentage Rate on purchases until 2010, a mile per dollar spent on purchases with a maximum of $1,000.00 each month and two miles per dollar spent on purchases with a minimum of $1,000.00 each month. Such miles have no expiration and no limitation. There is also no annual fee charged to cardholders.

Discover is another credit card company that offers the best credit cards in the United States. One of its products is the Discover® Moreâ,, Card which offers a 5% Cashback Bonus® in such categories as movies, restaurants, gas, home, and travel. For other purchases, there is automatically a maximum of 1% Cashback Bonus®. The cash rewards offered by Discover® Moreâ,, Card are unlimited, and just like the other credit cards, it offers no annual fee and 0% Annual Percentage Rate on balance transfers and purchases for six months.

American Express also offers the best credit cards in the United States and one of its products is the Starwood Preferred Guest® Credit Card. When a cardholder earns 25,000 Starpoints®, it is already enough to allow him or her to enjoy free stay in a hotel for six nights. For every dollar spent, the cardholder earns one Starpoint®. However, if the establishment is a participating Starwood partner or property, then the cardholder instead earns two Starpoints® for every dollar spent. American Express also offers Express Approval. That way, the applicant would know if his or her application is approved in less than a minute.

These are only some of the best credit cards offered in the United States. There are many other credit cards that offer distinct features. Our tip is to know as much information as we can on all the features of the credit card and use it to our advantage.
